She has been able to see the company grow and expand into a thriving international business that has over 70 employees in more than 6 countries. They used multiple tools, which made it challenging to complete HR processes efficiently, as information was scattered across different platforms. As they had various information spread across different tools, a lot of information was missed and unnecessary time was spent searching for documents, taking away time from other tasks<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This lack of organization prevented them from being as proactive and productive as they wanted to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"why-globalfy-chose-factorial\"><\/a><b>Why Globalfy chose Factorial<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A dedicated account manager which showed Kimberly how professional Factorial is and she is able to receive the help she needs. Apart from that, having a dedicated account manager was a decisive factor during the decision making process. A manager can request employees to upload and sign PIPs, HR can request employees to add their passports and fill in their W-4 forms, etc. Factorial centralized all their employee information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Calendar:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All Globalfires, as they refer to themselves, have visibility on who is on vacation, who is on a work trip, who is covering for someone who is off, etc. It gives independence for everyone on the team to know someone\u2019s whereabouts without having to ask.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Time off:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The mobile app makes it easy for employees to request their PTO, see how many days they\u2019ve used, and managers can seemingly approve the requests. Beforehand, employees had to ask HR admins about their PTO balance, request to managers, and the approvals were not documented.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Employee Profile:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Visibility into employees&#8217; agreements and promotions where both the employee and managers access important information pertaining to the employee&#8217;s growth in the company.
