It\u2019s who you are as a business, and what message you want to transmit to your employees and to the wider community. For example, your culture might be founded on values of innovation, quality, or striving for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Organizational climate is actually a subset of organizational culture, which is why the terms are often confused.
