Mentoring HR Leaders for an Inclusive Tomorrow: Round Table Event for International Women's Day 2022
On March 8th, the world celebrated International Women's Day. In observance of this historic day, we hosted an event centered around mentoring and inclusive leadership practices in the world of HR. This intersectional dialogue features four HR leaders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Based on their experience in the field, they share their insights on community building and mentoring for a more inclusive future. During the event, our four panelists discuss:
- Building a community through employee resource groups (ERGs) and reverse mentorship
- Helping hiring managers to adopt equitable hiring practices
- Encouraging inclusivity and empathy in remote working environments
- Mentoring and team building for new employees and employees from underrepresented groups
