Enthusiasm, restlessness, and learning:Is it your distinctive sign of authenticity?
Yes, oh my God, I don't know if all three are positive.
Let's separate them a little.Well, definitely enthusiasm. I'm a passionate person and I don't know how to understand a project without diving into it headfirst in every sense of the word.
So it has to grab me, it has to draw me in, it has to make me feel enthusiastic, because that's how I am, I can't do things by halves.
So enthusiasm is part of the key that I need to feel in order to commit myself 100% to a project.
There has to be room for learning, right?There must be this component of evolving with the project, even from a personal point of view, contribute and at the same time contribute in who I am and therefore learn.
And the last point, restlessness, yes, because we need to manage it well, but it's also a bit of a strength, isn't it?
It motivates you not to sit on the sofa, but to get up, to want to do something and to seek the best both within the same company and, as I said before,elsewhere or in new projects.
These three points are what constantly motivate me.
In all the projects I've been involved in, with a basis of compromise, of course, that is also part of who I am and what characterizes me.
But today I think that the world has evolved a lot since I started working, we are in the daily lives of influencers, of what is "shiny".
It is unclear whether this is genuine or superficial, but it is always a question one asks oneself.
And in my opinion, being authentic is the foundation of what I have had,the opportunities I've had and those that have been given to me, because they know you, they see you for who you are, and when you go forward with enthusiasm, you o with a desire to learn, you have the curiosity to learn about projects and be able to bring value, I think it's clear what they may find themselves facing and so this also generates comfort for others.
