BETWEEN FAMILY, STUDIES AND CAREER Oh, what's that?"Studies, work, and motherhood:how can you balance it all?" Well, I think the secret recipe for that is, once again, inner conviction and mindset.

00:32

In my case, and here I can only speak for myself,I'm generally a very goal-oriented person, focused on performance and very curious.

00:43

All my life I've placed great importance on constant, continuous learning.

00:50

That's why I took various courses and even studied while working, to keep developing myself.

01:00

And when one has a clear goal, wants to achieve it,and knows how much effort and commitment it takes, the path becomes easier and faster.

01:15

This is likely easier for people driven by goals and performance, like myself, than for those who don't have it quite so deeply rooted in their DNA.

01:24

As for motherhood, family is hugely important to me.

01:29

My children are extremely important to me.And yet I'm most likely a mother who's very work-focused,because my work is a vocation rather than just a job for me,and I do what I do gladly and with a clear conscience.

01:52

And that's where the difference lies.It always comes down to what my personal goals are, what I identify with, what I can do with a clear conscience, what my intuation says, what I believe.

02:06

And then it becomes much easier to balance everything.

02:11

Though of course, some sacrifices are necessary. That's for sure.

02:18

And what's also needed, especially now that I have children and a family and want to balance my career and family,is a strong support network.

02:30

But that's just my experience and my personal secret recipe for success.

02:35

I've always had my family's support,as well as a solid support network.

02:40

I've always had my parents and grandparents by my side, making up for so many things – I've been very lucky.and I believe that is something that's truly essential.

02:53

Because when you know your children are in good hands,it's much easier to deal with things.
