Factorial, the leading AI business management software, has reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) ahead of schedule. With this achievement, the company joins a select group of European scale-ups that surpass $100M in ARR in less than 10 years since their founding.

“Revenue is a reflection of the value a company brings to its customers. Reaching $100M is the result of helping companies across Europe become more productive and competitive. The next milestone is $1B, which we aim to reach within the next five years,” said Jordi Romero, the company’s founder.

The company’s growth has accelerated following General Catalyst’s investment in early 2025, which increased its commitment to $200 million. At that time, Factorial had already announced its expectation to surpass $100M in ARR by the end of the year. This growth exceeds the initial forecasts and is the result of its consolidation as the leading platform in Europe, where it now serves more than 14,000 customers across 10 countries.

A significant portion of this growth can be attributed to the platform’s transformation from a HR management tool into a complete business management suite, supporting HR directors, CFOs, and CEOs, and now into a full AI-powered platform that provides instant data access and automates business processes.

“Factorial’s growth comes from anticipating what our customers need. Every product, from flexible compensation to our Talent and Finance suites, is built to simplify our customers’ work. And this is only the beginning: in the coming weeks, we will launch Factorial ONE, a paradigm shift and the only AI agent with knowledge of your entire business, setting a new standard for workplace AI. While others chase productivity, Factorial uses AI to multiply your team’s potential.”, said Bernat Farrero, founder of Factorial.

New Factorial offices in the heart of Barcelona for hitting $100M ARR

In parallel, the company has added more than 500 people to its team so far this year. Factorial has opened offices in Cologne (Germany) and chosen its new corporate headquarters in Barcelona, located in the 22@ district, in a building of over 9,200 m² that is expected to accommodate the company’s workforce growth in the coming months. This move reinforces the founders’ belief in Barcelona as a hub for innovation and technological talent, and their commitment to contributing to its growth.
