"Has your love for sports influenced your work somehow?" Yes.

I think that since one is a kid, and in my case,sports have always been present.

I played football from a very young age, up to fifteen.

I think the reason I quit sports had to do with thinking it might not be my path.

For one reason or another, I thought sports wouldn't give me what I believed I could achieve otherwise.

But sports, apart from still loving them and being a big football fan,I'm really into Sporting.

It’s one of my biggest passions: sport.And that sports culture and the values I associate with my club is also something I follow and pass on to my children.

And that I manage to connect at work,because I think teamwork has a lot to do with sports.

And I often say a team isn't made only of great talents,nor only of captains.

Also, from a leadership standpoint,I think it's closely related, because the team captain isn't always the most talented person,but the one who gets the best out of the team.

And in that sense, I think I also try to apply that to what I do every day,which is having a team that plays as a team,that works as a team,and that, after all, the result is everyone's,whoever the great talent is, or the person who's a bit of a mess that day,we all raise the trophy together in the end.

And I think that happens in companies, every day,in football it might happen once a year, when you lift the cup.

But I think at work, it's different.I think we have more victories, both small and big ones,and I think if we have a sports and team culture,that's essential in this respect.

That's why, yes, sports are something I carry with me,something I practice, and something I believe I also practice at work.
