Being in the right place at the right time can have a powerful impact on the way you work. Factorial’s Product Review was born with that specific premise in mind many years ago; since then, it has become one of the most relevant, strategic meetings on the calendar of every Factorial team member.

It is a space to challenge ourselves, share our learnings, and decide how to prioritize projects to maximize the impact we have on our users’ lives. As you can imagine, finding consensus among 25 product teams is a challenging experience that connects us with our clients in a unique way: every team is working on a new product or feature that will change how thousands of people interact with our platform, ultimately shaping the way our users work.

That’s why today, as the LMS Product Manager at Factorial, I’m going to guide you through some of our most relevant product launches for this quarter. This time, we focused our efforts on boosting one of our core values, learning, so we can enable thousands of companies to keep growing alongside us.

Factorial’s new LMS changes the rules of the employee training game

With the launch of our new LMS, we are intentionally trying to change the logics of corporate learning. By leveraging our AI agent One, we’ve made it possible to transform a simple set of PDFs into a dynamic, structured learning experience in seconds, all centralized at the Factorial platform

The launch of our LMS has been one of the most relevant points of our product Review during this quarter, and we had to make sure it complies with the highest quality standards, offering a unique set of tools to our users. The most heated debates must have been around the technical implementation of what we’re calling the AI co-creation, which is, how we get the users to create a course from scratch.

Factorial's new LMS lets you create courses from previous contents you've tailored or acquired.

We want companies to very easily import and play their existing courses that they’ve built or bought right in the Factorial app. We know a lot of companies want pre-packaged content, so we want to make sure we’re offering it at the highest quality that there is in the market, both for compliance and upskilling.

How does this work? One distills your most relevant data into comprehensive courses, automatically generating the content, the modules and all the necessary assessments to validate understanding. This way, we make sure you’ve got the full tools and support you need to give your teams great content to consume, while offering a clear, automated path to expertise, allowing your company to grow as fast as the information it creates.

A new LMS for employee training to help learning managers scale their processes

Most learning managers face a frustrating paradox: the company requires teams to maintain high levels of operational readiness, yet training courses often sit forgotten in inboxes. This is a “worst-case” scenario: employees don’t gain the skills they need at the pace the company requires to stay competitive.

When teams aren’t given the opportunity to master essential skills at the pace the market requires, the company begins to lose its competitive spark and its ability to innovate. More importantly, this creates a culture of frustration that could be the first indicator of attrition.

Factorial's new LMS allows you to create the right course for the right person, and deliver it just in time.

An environment where team confidence starts to erode and talented individuals find themselves held back by outdated information, they’re not encouraged to do the best work of their lives, they’re encouraged to leave.

We don’t take this issue lightly. Most learning managers struggle to deliver the right course to the right person at the right time, and even when they do, employees often lack the motivation to finish it. Our new LMS flips that script. We’re focused on making courses engaging and relevant, ensuring your team achieves true operational readiness through content that actually sticks.
