Lately we talked about the importance of the onboarding process for employer branding and the retention of talent in companies and today we want to expand the issue by talking about a new trend in human resources: the employee experience.

What is the employee experience?

Although, the same word says it. The experience of the employee is everything that an employee lives during his stay in a company; from the selection process until the moment they leave or retire.

Analyzing each one of the experiences of an employee during his time in the company we can develop a follow-up of actions so that workers feel more comfortable and valued and get their performance and productivity improve.
