Proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and inclusivity advocate, he understands the challenges of attracting highly sought-after talent while keeping an inclusive and equitable mindset. 6 years ago, Pierre-Luc founded rhum, a 20 people team based in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, with the mission to help creative businesses attract, hire, manage and develop talent for their projects and contribute to their growth and success.
