Dr. Erica Spitale is a licensed clinical psychologist and brings a unique mix of research and practical expertise to her roles. She has over 10 years of experience where she aims to build and scale creative and inclusive people processes and programs that promote equitable opportunities for all. She is the Head of Talent at EmployBridge, the largest light industrial staffing firm in the U.S., placing 400,000+ contract employees in jobs annually and delivering workforce solutions for businesses across their supply chain. In her role, she leads Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), HR Communications, and Leadership Development strategies to proactively create new systems and people-centric tools that enrich the employee journey and enhance ways of working. 

Dr. Spitale holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hampton University.

Julian has consulted and worked with over 40 businesses raising awareness on how to change the subconscious stories that inhibit change. Using his adaptation of science in business, he has tested and has proven his theories through transformational consulting, seminars, and coaching throughout the country.
