What is IdealDisc?
IdealDisc is an online DISC testing platform that helps leaders, consultants, coaches, and HR professionals build high-performance teams. Based on psychologist William Marston's behavioral assessment model, the DISC test classifies candidates into four behaviour types—Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C)—to better understand their personality and traits.
