By having this integration installed, you can directly start WhatsApp conversations with candidates by clicking on their phone number in their Factorial candidate profile.

What does the integration include?

It includes synching the candidate's phone number so the recruiting team can directly communicate with hiring candidates through WhatsApp.

Admins and recruiters with access to ATS will be able to directly open WhatsApp conversation with candidates by clicking on their phone number

Note: This integration is only available for installation for customers who have purchased the ATS module in their plan.
