What is ZKTeco?

ZKTeco Europe is a multinational enterprise specialized in the manufacture and development of biometrics and RFID technology solutions for the Security industry. Our main focus is on Biometrics such as face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition, applied to Time Attendance, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance and many more areas.

What are the benefits of the integration?

Thanks to our integration with ZKteco, there will be no need for computers, phones or tablets when clocking-in or out of work.

By integrating, you can obtain presence control via ZKTeco devices. Offering multiple methods like face recognition, palm-vein recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition and more, you ensure clock-in /clock-out information going from the device to Factorial without any friction.

On top of that, the integration enables user synchronization: each day, at a defined hour by the user, the integration will bring all available users in Factorial to be used in ZKTeco devices. It will add the new ones and delete the terminated ones. This synchronization can be triggered manually by the user in ZKBioSecurity

What does ZKTeco integration include?

The following data is synced:

• Time tracking data: clock-in and clock-out times.
• Employee or user list information

Note: This integration is only available for KZTeco devices connected to ZKBioSecurity V5000 software.
