This integration would enable us to offer an enhanced user experience to our clients by seamlessly synchronizing user profiles and data between our systems. In essence, when a new user is created within the Factorial HR ecosystem, the corresponding user profile would be automatically generated within the CogniFit's platform. The employee data that is synced is:
