Set document signing order
Decide who signs first and who comes next — each signer is notified only when it's their turn. No more sending documents one by one, waiting for signatures, and re-uploading.
Some documents need signatures in a specific order — for example, the CEO signs before a new employee, or a manager signs before HR. Previously, you'd send the document to one person, wait for them to sign, then send it again to the next. It worked, but it was slow and easy to get wrong.
Now you set the order once and let it run:
Order: add your signers and arrange who signs first, second, and so on — drag to reorder anytime.
Notify in turn: each signer is alerted by inbox and email only when it's their turn. Pending signers can't see the document until then.
Stop on decline: if anyone declines, the document is declined for everyone still in the queue.
The signing follows your approval flow — without chasing one signature at a time.
