Core Platform Subprocessors
These subprocessors constitute the essential technological infrastructure without which the Factorial platform could not operate. They include hosting services, database management systems, data processing tools, search and monitoring solutions, and security/performance optimization services. These are cross-cutting services that affect all users and are continuously active to ensure the platform's availability, performance, and security. They also support internal operations related to infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, AI functionality, performance optimization, security, and productivity.
Other Subprocessors
These subprocessors enable customer relationship management, user communication, and technical support services but do not participate in the Product processing. They include systems for managing and tracking onboarding and user interactions, email delivery services, in-platform messaging and banner notifications, customer care chat solutions, customer satisfaction survey platforms for improving service quality through feedback and incident management tools. These services facilitate direct communication between Factorial and its users, ensuring effective support and engagement throughout the customer journey.
