Compensate extra hours in one step
Reviewing and compensating extra hours is now simpler and more transparent: approve and pay in a single step, while always seeing what’s pending and what’s already been handled.
We’ve improved the review and compensation flow for extra hours. With this update, managers can move from review to compensation in a smoother and more transparent way, always knowing which hours are pending and which have been processed.
This way, managers now can:
- Approve a timesheet and compensate pending hours in a single step
- Choose the exact pending hours they want to compensate
- See pending hours from previous periods at a glance
- Compensate pending hours for a specific period, for multiple employees, in just one go
- Check each employee’s Bank of hours balance and compensate through Payroll when needed
This new flow also creates a more consistent experience between Time tracking and Timesheet sections, making navigation across the platform smoother and more intuitive.
